Go Daddy Acquires Scottsdale Technology Center – GoDaddy.com Incorporation in Scottsdale has reportedly paid $12.5 million to buy a 153,469 square foot area for its Office Project. The area is located in the northeast corner of Hayden Road and Acoma Drive in Scottsdale. Go Daddy completed this deal for a whopping $81.45 per foot. The sellers were Crown Reality and Development Corp in California.

Scottsdale Technology Center is a three building project and its 66% occupied. Currently Go Daddy occupies 75,000 square foot of the Technology Center and with this acquisition, Go Daddy will eventually use the entire building for Office use.

Its very well known that Go Daddy is the leading Domain provider with more than 40 million domain names under its name. Go Daddy offers Domain Name registration, Web Site creation tools, Hosting Services and a whole lot of services to establish online presence.

Scottsdale Technology Center was up for sale and it ended on June 4. With this acquisition, Go Daddy tries to expand its business and manage the current projects better.
