Rumor: Motorola X To Have 2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 Processor And 4.8 Inch Screen

 Motorola X Motorola is enjoying the recent amplified attention regarding its soon to be launched Android smart phone; Motorola X. PhoneArena.com reports indicate an anonymous tipster feeding details about the Motorola X specs. According to the tipster, the Motorola X is going to be one of the biggest high-end releases of the year, introducing tough competition against Samsung’s Galaxy lineup.

New spec leaks say that the Motorola X will sport an 4.8 inch screen, resolution unknown. But according to recent trends, it’ll probably provide Full HD experience. Also, the screen will be sapphire glass made, 3 times tougher than Gorilla Glass.

As PhoneArena.com claims, Qualcomm’s quad core Snapdragon 800 processor providing clock speed of 2 GHz will run the Motorola X. A massive 4000 mAh battery will supply the power needed.

There are talks about the Motorola X series phones featuring Android’s next gen OS- Key Lime Pie.

On the other hand, Guy Kawasaki, a newly appointed Motorola employee is fancying about customizable smart phones on his Google+ account and this has sparked rumors about the Motorola X having options for customization.

Motorola refused to comment officially and also didn’t entirely cancel out the rumors.

As a possible release date, November 2013 is being considered.
