‘HTC First’: HTC Made Facebook Phone Revealed Online

'HTC First' Facebook Phone According to alleged reports, the sent out invitations for Facebook’s April 4 event sparked fresh conjectures as regards of the social networking giant launching its own smart phone. As the invitations say, “Come see our new home on Android.”

A purported image indicating the Facebook centric phone on a Twitter account- @eveleaks a few days ago claiming the phone in the photo to be the HTC First- the Facebook phone manufactured by HTC. Previously, rumors suggested the smart phone was codenamed HTC Myst.

As the picture shows, the HTC First is rectangular shaped with curved borders. You’ll find 3 capacitive buttons on the front. The HTC First is rumored to have an 4.3 inch screen providing 720p viewing. Allegedly, the phone is expected to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 processor. Also, RAM of 1 GB will be alongside. The HTC First will be offering internal storage of 16 GB without any expansion facility.

As for the camera features, reports say that a rear shooter of 5 megapixel and a 1.6 megapixel front snapper will be attached. HTC First will run Android v. 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and the HTC Sense 4.5 user interface will be on play.

Pricing hasn’t yet been declared for this mid level phone.
