Apple May Announce Two New iPhones on 10 September

According to AllThingsD, Apple may release an update of iPhone 5 being called iPhone 5S, just a month ahead on September 10, 2013. The new phone is said to be accompanied by the much anticipated cheaper version of the iPhone, dubbed the iPhone 5C. The release date of Apple’s latest OS, iOS 7 is also expected to be unveiled.

The iPhone 5S will feature a faster processor, possibility quad-core and better software optimization to allow an even smoother user interface. It is also expected to get an upgraded 12MP camera with better low-light imaging and dual-LED flash. The smartphone is also expected to feature a bigger 4.3 inch screen with higher screen resolution. The low-cost iPhone will bring some hardware downgrades to keep the cost low as Apple is struggling in China, where mid-range phones sell the most.

It is unclear if Apple will announce a redesigned iPad with slimmer bezels and less weight. A high-resolution version of the iPad Mini to compete with the second-generation Nexus 7 is also being speculated.

The new devices sure seem amazing and it will be interesting to see how they turn out to be. Are you excited about them? Tell us in the comments section below.
