Samsung All Set to Launch Galaxy Golden Phone in India Soon


According to a report in www.AndroidOS.in, Samsung is all set to launch its flip phone, Galaxy Golden, in India in the coming festive season. The report suggests that 1650 units of the phone have already been imported in the South Asian country and they will soon be available in retail outlets, although an official announcement is expected in the coming few days.

With WVGA resolution, the Galaxy Golden possesses a 3.7-inch Super AMOLED display, which provides an amazing experience to users. The device runs on Android 4.2 operating system and offers 1820mAh battery. The dual touchscreens of the phone have an alphanumeric keypad. On top of that, it has a 1.9 MP front camera to support the 8 MP rear camera with LED flash.

At the present moment, there is no official announcement about the pricing of the mobile phone in India; however, experts believe that it will priced somewhere above 45,000 Indian rupees. Samsung Galaxy Golden was launched in South Korea in August this year and it is widely expected that the company will introduce this high-quality phone in a number of other Asian countries as well along with India.

It needs to be remembered that India, due to its massive population, is one of the major telecommunication markets of the world.
