Motorola Charm By T-Mobile: The cheapest Android phone available from any US carrier

Motorola Charm On T-MobileT-Mobile is one of the well known brands in the array of messaging handsets and most of the hardware being used in their handsets comes from Samsung. But most interestingly their upcoming Motorola Charm breaks all the past tradition. Our reporters just got the information that the handset will be coming with a QWERTY square design and will be running on Android OS.

Most importantly T-Mobile is going to offer the Android handset for free as part of the carrier’s back-to-school promotions.


As we all have seen that in a recently posted ad displaying the messaging phones by T-Mobile that it will be encourage to parents of those kids that are going back to their respective schools. In the ad, the Motorola Charm was also seen behind all the recently announced Samsung messaging phones including Samsung Smiley, Samsung Gravity T, and Samsung Gravity 3.  The main difference, however, lies in the Motorola Charm’s Android OS.

Messaging phones usually dumb phones that only pay attention on text messaging capabilities. What they usually lack in a traditional smartphone OS (iPhone OS, Windows Phone, webOS, Android OS, BlackBerry OS, Symbian OS, etc.), but make up for it with a full QWERTY keyboard. The Motorola Charm, in contrast, boasts a QWERTY keyboard
