Finally Verizon Launched Motorola Droid X: An Answer To iPhone 4

Motorola Droid X launch on VerizonToday Verizon Wireless is launching the Motorola Droid X.

The handset features a large 4.3-inch display screen (its resolution is same as the Droid), Android 2.1, an in built 8-megapixel camera with flash and HD video recording facility, WiFi, GPS network support, Bluetooth connectivity and more. The Motorola Droid X is the flagship handset on Verizon and it is most likely the carrier’s best opportunity to beat the Apple iPhone 4 juggernaut on AT&T.

Few of its users may feel a little disappointed since this won’t sway Android 2.2 or Froyo out of the gates but Motorola and Verizon assure this upgrade will be launched in late summer. This will also provide an wonderful Adobe Flash experience along with superior web browsing facility and more.

Hopefully, everyone who is craving for a Motorola Droid X[See the specifications] they will be able to buy one today. But don’t be late as the grapevine is that this handset would be in short supply. Verizon said its supplies will be ample but the carrier is making it easy to upgrade, so we’ll see how it goes. Anybody who gets this handset sooner or later, please let us know your opinion on the Android device. We would be glad to receive your comments on this newly launched handset.
