Samsung Infuse 4G Is Available At AT&T Stores

Samsung Infuse 4GAT&T today released its fastest HSPA+ smartphone so far, the device is called as the Samsung Infuse 4G. The Infuse is AT&T’s only HSPA+ handset which has been certified at HSDPA CAT 14 (downlink, 14 Mbps) and HSUPA CAT 6 (uplink, just under 6 Mbps).

Customers can buy the latest device in AT&T company-owned stores and also online on May 15 and the price has been set at $199.99 along with a two-year contract and no mail-in discount.

AT&T and Samsung are claiming that the Infuse to be the “world’s thinnest” smartphone, which is only 8.99mm thick. Apart from this, the Infuse is present on the bigger side of the smartphone spectrum, sporting a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen. The Infuse will be operated on Android 2.2 (Froyo) and incorporates a 1.2 GHz processor, along with an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, plus 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. In addition to this the users will enjoy its Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity as well as a 2GB MicroSD card support (expandable up to 32GB).
