Upcoming iPhone To Be Called iPhone 4S?

iPhone 4SSpeculations were running rife regarding the expected release date of next iPhone, when we got a new information about the highly anticipated smartphone from Apple.

The upcoming iPhone will be called “iPhone 4S” when it will be released in September, according to Jefferies & Co. analyst Peter Misek. He also says that Apple will announce “distribution deals for the iPhone with Sprint and T-Mobile in time for the holidays.”

Furthermore, the new iPhone will come with a dual-core A5 processor under the cover and that will help the iPhone to sustain the with many dual-core smartphone competitors like Motorola Atrix 4G and HTC Sensation which are already on the market.

Misek adds to this, the iPhone’s design will be the same except for “minor” cosmetic changes, besides this the front and rear cameras of the device will be enhanced to an unspecified level.

In case of the customers looking for higher speed, they will have to settle for HSPA+ connectivity; Misek says no LTE support will be provided for the iPhone yet, since the anticipated LTE chipset from Qualcomm “is currently not achieving yields sufficient for inclusion” in the next iPhone.
