Toshiba Thrive Tablet Users Are Facing Some Technical Difficulties

Toshiba Thrive Toshiba’s latest Thrive tablet started receiving high marks soon after its arrival in the market earlier this month. In spite of that, there are some but some complaints surging up as users are experiencing a strange bug in its system.

Some customers are reporting that, the tablet is refusing to come out of sleep mode, and it requires a hard reboot. In an announcement, Toshiba said that it’s aware of the issue and is “aggressively working to implement a fix that resolves this issue and will push an update as soon as possible.”

In accordance with the company statement, Toshiba will also planning for an update to make some alterations to the multi-tasking capabilities within the next 48 hours.

The Android powered tablet has been launched in the market on July 10 and comes equipped with a full-sized SD card slot, USB port and HDMI port, in addition to a mini-USB port. It also features a removable (and customizable) backplate that facilitates users the option to switch out their batteries.
