iCloud Service Will Be Supported By Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2

Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2It looks like that Apple’s new service iCloud may need an update to Mac OS X Lion to run. A source of BGR shown an “iCloud for OS X Lion beta 5” in the developer channel that would need the Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2 update, this two versions ahead update will be available solely for the testing of iCloud.

Apple already seeded a version of Lion 10.7.2 and the main reason of this update is to support the iCloud service. From this news it is clear that Lion 10.7.1 update will be available in the next few weeks. But the other thing to be noticed is that there is no set schedule for the Apple’s iCloud service therefore we might have to wait longer for both of the updates.

Few developers are claiming that they haven’t seen any clue about the Mac OS X Lion 10.7.1 Beta and 10.7.2 updates so this news might be false, still there are no confirmation words from Apple regarding this update.
