Motorola Launches Another Smartphone Droid 4

Going by their increase in demand of the Droid devices, Motorola Mobility Holdings (MMI) has launched one more Droid phone which has been named as Droid 4. This new 4G smart phone will be marketed by Verizon Communications wireless stores in the coming month.

The new handset is 4G enabled and is based on the Android 2.3, but it can also be upgraded to the Android 4.0 operating platform which is also known as Ice Cream Sandwich. As per the specifications given by the company, the new smart phone is going to be one of the slimmest ones available in the market. Supported by a 8 megapixel camera, the smart phone is going to have a QWERTY keyboard. The camera is going to support HD video recordings.

With a supportive 1.2 GHZ dual core processor, the handset facilitates MotoCast application feature. As a result, the downloading speed is going to be very fast and can give remote access to pictures, music and videos.
