With the rumor growing on and on about a RIM slow death, CEO Thorsten Heins had to make a statement in order to preserve their pride. He thinks although the problems are mounting high on Rim they will eventually make a way out of this. Recently in an interview with Canadian Broadcasting Corp or commonly known as CBC radio he acknowledged that these are tough time for the company as they have to face numerous challenges opposed by different companies. The challenges are even tougher when everyone is comparing the current revenue statistics with previous statistics. The expectation is very high but Heins thinks that this is just a transition period and they will come out victorious at the other end.
He claimed that there is nothing wrong with the company right now if only past six month is considered when he took charge of the company. They are well aware of the world out there and they are planning accordingly so RIM is not in a death spiral.
