August is approaching and there is a bunch of games releasing in this month. However, it would be impractical to purchase all of them, upon release. So, here are the top three games that you must buy.
1. Darksiders 2
Darksiders was a very successful game from THQ, which was even well-received by the critics. Darksiders 2 is looking much better than its predecessor, in every way possible. The developers have spiced-up by adding many RPG elements, a larger campaign, more acrobatics and puzzles. The game is scheduled to be released on August 14th for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Microsoft Windows.
2. Sleeping Dogs
First announced by Activision as True Crime Hong Kong which was later canceled, Square Enix picked up the rights to the game, renaming it as Sleeping Dogs. The best thing about this GTA style game is its aggressive combat and over-the-top action. Many gamers are hoping that this will be as good as Grand Theft Auto and with anticipation, it will deliver. Sleeping Dogs is scheduled to release on 14th August for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
3. Guild Wars 2
This follow up to the massively popular multiplayer online role-playing game is what MMO fans were waiting for. Guild Wars 2 distinguishes itself from other MMO’s by featuring a storyline that responds to your actions; a feature that is rare in multiplayer games. Guild Wars 2 is expected to launch on 28th August, exclusively for Microsoft Windows.
