Samsung Gains As Apple Fails

Apple Failure Samsung GainerSamsung Electronics Co., the largest mobile phones maker of the world, has risen in Seoul trading following the Apple’s failure to bid to block the sales of the Samsung’s Galaxy tablet computer and phones in the U.S.A.

The company has gained as much as 2.2% to $1.07 million achievement, before trading it at a price that is 1.5% higher. Benchmark Kospi index has fallen to 0.1%.

The U.S. District Court situated in San Jose, California, has ruled on Dec. 3 against the Apple’s plot to oust Samsung from selling the 4G Smartphones and Galaxy tablet computer in U.S.A. This victory has built on an Australia-based court ruling in the previous month that has lifted the previous injunctions on the computer tablet in U.S.A. Apple and Samsung have filed already at minimum 30 suits on 4 different continents since April.

“This situation that is turning positive for the Samsung Electronics,” Seoul- based analysts wrote his note today.
